Welcome to Youth
Baseball Spring Training!
Youth Baseball Spring Training is committed to
quality instruction in a fun environment. Our 6 to 8 kids-per-instructor ratio
allows for smaller group sizes and more individualized attention for every camper.
Why do we call our clinics 'Spring
Training'?
Although we conduct our clinics
in both summer and winter, we appropriately named our clinics 'Spring
Training' because these camps are modeled after the format of a real Major League Spring Training. Campers do the same drills and receive the
same fundamental instruction as Big Leaguers do in their Spring
Training. The major difference is that we tailor our clinics specifically for kids to allow for a fun, positive atmosphere of quality baseball instruction.
Our goal at Jeb Dougherty Baseball is to get the youth of San Diego excited about
baseball while giving them tools that will help them enjoy playing the game
for years to come!

Since 1997, it has been my privilege
to teach baseball to the youth of San Diego. I have always been
very committed to helping kids build their confidence by improving their baseball skills.
It is the mission of Jeb Dougherty Baseball to teach every camper the fundamentals
of baseball while helping them get excited about the game. Whether it
be hitting, fielding, throwing, pitching, speed/agility or even the mental game,
campers will leave our clinics with tools to improve their level of play. Our staff
is a special group of current and former pro baseball players.
These instructors love the game of baseball and enjoy working with
kids. At Jeb Dougherty Baseball, we understand that it's essential to include fun in every drill while maintaining a focus on quality instruction.
There is no substitute for professional baseball instruction, and in
our small group setting (6 to 8 kids per instructor) learning is
maximized for every camper. Thanks for checking us out online. We look forward to seeing you at one of our camps! |
